Job summary

Oakwood Homes in Colorado is seeking a New Home Sales Counselor for the Green Valley Ranch and Brighton communities. You will lead prospects through presentations and virtual tours, answer questions, overcome objections, and guide buyers toward contracts.

You will work with Realtors and referrals, report on success drivers, and use HubSpot CRM and other tools to optimize the sales process. A strong customer-service mindset and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter and self-motivated with strong sales ability.
• Experience in single-family residential or related field beneficial but not required.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospective buyers through a planned road map presentation and virtual demonstration.
• Satisfy buyer questions, overcome objections, and secure sales contracts.
• Follow up to ensure buyer satisfaction and progression to closing.
• Prospect Realtors and referrals as a primary source of leads.
• Report on key success drivers to drive sales performance.
• Embrace new technologies, including HubSpot CRM and other tools.
• Work as part of the Community Team to achieve targets.
• Address homeowner/buyer concerns throughout the process.
