Oakwood Homes in Spanish Fork, Utah, is seeking a New Home Sales Counselor to guide prospective buyers through a planned road map presentation and virtual tour, highlighting Oakwood Homes, community, model homes, and sites.

You will follow up to ensure buyer satisfaction, address concerns, and work with the local team to close sales contracts, while leveraging HubSpot CRM and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter and self-motivated.
• Exceptional sales skills.
• Experience in single-family residential or related field beneficial but not required.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Must be effective at prioritizing.
• Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good verbal and written communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospective buyers through a planned road map presentation and virtual tour.
• Address buyer questions, overcome objections, and secure contracts.
• Ensure overall buyer satisfaction through follow-up.
• Participate in Community Team activities and coordinate with home sites.
• Address homeowner/buyer concerns throughout the process.
• Self-prospect via Realtors and referrals.
• Report on key success drivers and close sales effectively.
• Embrace new technologies, including HubSpot CRM.
