Job summary

Oakwood Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Counselor to support buyers in the Green Valley Ranch and Brighton communities. You will guide prospective buyers through a road map presentation and virtual demonstration of Oakwood Homes, address questions, overcome objections, and work toward securing contracts.

In this role you’ll be responsible for buyer satisfaction, follow-up, and collaboration with the Community Team.

Qualifications

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Self-starter and self-motivated.
Exceptional sales skills.
Experience in single-family residential or related field beneficial.
Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Responsibilities

Lead prospective buyers through a planned road map presentation and virtual demonstration about Oakwood Homes, Community, Model Homes & Homes Sites.
Satisfy buyer questions, overcome objections, and secure sales contracts.
Ensure buyer satisfaction through regular follow-up and follow-through.
Collaborate with Community Team and address homeowner/buyer concerns throughout the process.
Self-prospect for Realtors & Referrals.
Utilize HubSpot CRM and other tools in daily activities.
