Job summary

DRB Homes in Colorado Springs seeks an energetic Sales Associate to sell single-family homes in designated communities. You will greet prospective buyers, demonstrate models, and explain home features and community benefits.

You will coordinate the sales process, pre-qualify buyers, assist with contracts and loan applications, and work with the production team to ensure timely settlements and achievement of monthly and annual goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Licensed realtor where required.
• Must have valid driver’s license for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales/settlement quota.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Greet all prospective customers.
• Demonstrate model home; provide information on home features and benefits.
• Provide information regarding community and surrounding area.
• Ensure that model home site is well maintained and presentable.
• Assist customer with selection of home site, house plan, and structural options.
• Pre-qualify customer and complete contract worksheet.
• Prepare all contracts addenda, color selections, etc., accurately and completely.
• Assist customer with loan application, obtain deposits per company requirements, and expedite submission and approval.
• Liaise with production team to assure planning and execution of building process.
• Follow up with loans, contingent contracts, listings of re-sales, homeowners after settlement.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings.
• Recruit, retain and direct activities of Sales Associates/Sales Assistants.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
