Job summary

Otis Elevator is seeking a New Equipment Sales Specialist to support the Las Vegas market. You will drive new equipment sales growth by identifying project opportunities, developing customer relationships, and delivering solutions that meet customer and project needs.

In this role you will manage the sales process from opportunity identification through bid development, negotiation and contract award, reading drawings, visiting job sites, and building strong relationships with new and existing

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of elevator industry experience, with exposure to new equipment sales.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or HS diploma with relevant industry experience.
• Experience selling technical products requiring customer consultation.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new elevator and escalator equipment sales opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, bid responses, and customer presentations; negotiate agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate project requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Sell new equipment contracts at target price and margin.
• Develop knowledge of product lines and architectural products.
• Read and interpret drawings and project specifications.
• Visit job sites to assess scope and monitor progress.
