Otis Elevator Company is seeking a New Equipment Project Manager to oversee multiple new equipment installation projects. You will coordinate activities from award through handover, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, and customer satisfaction on diverse construction projects.

The role requires 3+ years in elevator project management or construction, with strong communication and leadership skills. Willingness to travel up to 25% and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years elevator project management or construction experience.
• Experience in elevator/escalator industry preferred.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects run on schedule and within budget, meeting safety and regulatory standards.
• Deliver first-class customer service and adhere to Otis’ Absolutes.
• Coordinate all contract activities from award to handover and closeout.
• Work with sales/field teams to ensure installation aligns with contract scope.
• Provide regular progress updates to branch, regional, and senior leadership.
• Communicate with contractors, owners, managers, architects, and authorities regarding project planning.
• Manage billing, payments, RFIs, change orders, and cash flow.
• Interpret contract documents to determine cost implications; review drawings.
