Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of outside sales reps and product specialists.
• Drive new business, revenue growth, and margin improvement across New Hampshire, Maine, and eastern Massachusetts through Cape Cod.
• Spend ~3.5 days per week in the field developing customer relationships and helping reps win business.
• Establish accountability, strengthen sales execution, and ramp the team quickly.
• Leverage local inventory and broad product offering to grow market share.
