Responsibilities

Lead and drive all aspects of the Retail business for the district, including customer service, clienteling, sales, team development and operations.
Ensure brand standards and values are implemented with high quality and excellence across stores.
Plan, delegate and coach Store Leaders to ensure smooth operations and achieve goals.
Review business indicators with Regional Manager and provide coaching for improvements.
Develop retention and succession plans for the district and act as a Kate Spade brand ambassador.
