Kate Spade New York, part of the Tapestry family, seeks a District Leader to oversee the Nashville district, covering Outlet and Specialty stores. The role requires leading customer service, clienteling, and operations while aligning with the brand’s standards and values.

The District Leader will drive talent development, performance, and store profitability, partnering with buying and marketing to stay competitive and deliver an elevated modern luxury experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in a multi-unit retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams across locations.
• Strong communication and collaboration with senior leadership.
• Ability to travel ~30% and cover outlets and specialty stores.

Responsibilities

• Create and reinforce a proactive selling culture that focuses on building long-term relationships through clienteling and customer shopping experience.
• Develop the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences across the district.
• Plan, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to Store Leaders to ensure smooth operations.
• Review store environments and business indicators with Regional Manager to identify opportunities for improvement and coach districts to act.
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote Kate Spade brand in the market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align strategies with business objectives.
