Responsibilities
- Lead and drive all aspects of the Retail business for the district.
- Cover 8 Kate Spade stores in Outlet and Specialty locations.
- Ensure brand standards and customer experience across the district.
- Coach Store Leaders and develop teams to deliver results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet objectives.
- Act as brand ambassador and promote Kate Spade in the market.
