Job summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking a District Leader to oversee retail operations for eight stores in the New England market, including Outlet and Specialty locations. You will lead customer engagement, coaching, and operational excellence while ensuring the Kate Spade standard of service across the district.

You will collaborate with Buying and Marketing teams, drive talent development, and implement strategic plans to grow sales and brand presence.

Qualifications

10+ years of management experience in a multi-unit retail environment.
Willingness to travel ~30% of the time.
Proven ability to create strategies and deliver results.
Ability to communicate with Kate Spade Senior Leadership.
Proactive problem solver with broad perspective and judgment.
Track record of attracting exceptional talent.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive all aspects of the Retail business for the district across 8 Kate Spade stores, including Outlet and Specialty locations.
Ensure modern luxury store experience and high-quality execution across the district.
Partner with Buying, Visual, Merchandising and HR teams to align goals and opportunities.
Coach Store Leaders, develop talent, and implement retention plans.
Act as brand ambassador and translate Kate Spade's strategy into local execution.
