Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to support store leadership in creating a customer-first, high-energy sales floor. You will drive store productivity and profitability through team coaching, goal setting, client development, and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities include achieving sales and KPI targets, building VIP relationships, leading by example on service behaviors, and managing cash, POS, and inventory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task.
