Job summary

Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC seeks experienced Community Association Managers to join our team in Carlsbad and support a portfolio of California communities.

You will lead client relations, coordinate board meetings, manage budgets, and collaborate with vendors. CAI/CACM certification is a plus; 3–4 years HOA management experience preferred. Hybrid work model and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of HOA management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CAI or CACM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages all operations for a portfolio of community associations.
• Leads board meetings monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly.
• Works with Boards, vendors, contractors, and homeowners.
• Creates budgets and manages financials.
• Ensures client satisfaction and account retention.
