Job summary

Fortidia is seeking an Onboarding Partner – New Center Opening & Training Specialist to transform newly built locations into fully operational Print and Shipping Centers. You will train new owners, setup equipment, and coach on operations while traveling frequently to openings across the United States.

The role balances field openings with headquarters-based training program delivery, contributing to onboarding curriculum updates and ensuring centers meet brand standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on owner and staff training in POS systems
• Hands-on training on cut-sheet and wide-format printing equipment
• Hands-on training on finishing equipment and production workflow
• Training on financial operations and reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site setup and operational launch of new Print and Shipping Centers.
• Prepare locations for opening including equipment setup, system configuration, inventory stocking, merchandising, and workflow layout.
• Ensure all systems, equipment, and processes are functioning prior to opening.
• Deliver hands-on training for new owners and staff across POS, printing, finishing equipment, and production workflow.
• Build owner confidence and operational capability during startup.
• Ensure centers operate according to corporate guidelines, brand standards, and safety requirements.
• Validate store layout, customer experience, merchandising, and workflows align with brand expectations.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions prior to opening.
• Deliver corporate training programs for new owners and operators.
• Provide feedback to continuously improve onboarding materials and playbooks.
• Travel up to 75% within the United States to support openings.
• Flexible schedule with longer days to meet timelines.
• Field assignments typically 3–6 days on-site per location.
• Heavy lifting of 50–75+ lbs, standing 8–10 hours daily, assisting with equipment placement and store prep
