Job summary

Fortidia is seeking an Onboarding Partner – New Center Opening & Training Specialist to transform newly built retail locations into fully operational Print and Shipping Centers. You will work closely with new franchise owners to launch centers with hands-on setup, equipment training, and business coaching.

This role blends extensive field travel (up to 75%), owner training programs, and ongoing improvements to our onboarding curriculum.

Qualifications

• Experience training owners and staff on POS and production workflows.
• Ability to lead on-site setup and equipment configuration.
• Knowledge of brand standards and safety requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across the United States.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site setup and operational launch of new Print and Shipping Centers.
• Prepare locations for opening including equipment setup, system configuration, inventory stocking, merchandising, and workflow layout
• Ensure all systems, equipment, and processes function before opening
• Provide hands-on training for new owners and staff in POS, printing equipment, finishing equipment and production workflow, financial operations and reporting
• Build owner confidence and operational capability during startup
• Ensure centers operate per corporate guidelines and brand standards, and safety requirements
• Validate store layout and production workflows align with brand expectations
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions prior to opening
• Deliver corporate training programs and gather feedback to improve onboarding materials
