Zusammenfassung

Target is seeking a Team Member Trainer in Houston to help grow our supply chain network by delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new team members and fostering a culture of learning, standardization, and teamwork in the Distribution Center.

You will work with the Training Operations Manager to implement the training program, coordinate with Training Specialists on plans for new hires, and ensure consistent execution of content while upholding safety as the top priority.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of distribution or training experience
• Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
• Able to comprehend verbal, written, and visual communication
• Able to accurately use basic math skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Able to occasionally flex schedule to provide support across multiple shifts when needed

Aufgaben

• Coordinating with Training Manager and TS on training plans for all new hires
• Deliver WW/WA training including new hire, core and specialty, cross and recertification training
• Deliver consistent, safety-first training
• Build and maintain relationships with team members to ensure inclusivity
• Support onboarding and retention of peers and new hires
• Measure and monitor progress to ramp proficiency
