HTO EMP., LLC invites a motivated New Store Opener/Trainer to lead the successful launch of new locations in the Fort Worth area. The role combines store opening duties with hands-on staff training to ensure consistent service and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating resources, delivering practical training, supervising front- and back-of-house teams, and monitoring adherence to food safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in quick-service retail restaurant operations, preferably in a leadership or training role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and motivate a diverse team.
• Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel to openings out of state.
• High school diploma; restaurant management certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup and preparation of new store locations for opening day.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for front- and back-of-house staff.
• Provide ongoing coaching to ensure consistent performance and adherence to standards.
