Job summary

Koons Tysons Chevrolet Buick GMC in Vienna, VA is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead the new car department, develop sales consultants, and drive monthly quotas. This role focuses on training, relationship-building with customers, and coordinating with vendors and service to maintain inventory quality.

The candidate will manage the sales process end-to-end, maintain customer networks, and oversee internal forecasting and budgets for the department.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive experience required.
• Experience as a sales consultant and F&I manager preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers and bridge gaps in the sales process.
• Train and support sales staff and assist in closing deals.
• Manage the new car department and inventory lot.
• Order and purchase vehicles for the new car inventory.
• Desk deals, track revenue logs, and manage delivery reports.
• Partner with vendors and the service department to prep used vehicles for inventory.
