Job summary

Lipscomb Chevrolet GMC in Bowie, TX is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing automotive sales team. The ideal candidate will bring GM OEM experience, a proven track record in customer service, and the ability to train and motivate staff toward ambitious goals.

You will forecast monthly and yearly sales, help set profitability targets, and collaborate with marketing to achieve dealership objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of dealer management experience.
• Strong focus on customer service and CSI in Sales.
• Experience with GM programs and OEM experience preferred.
• Ability to forecast monthly and yearly sales, gross profit objectives and departmental profits.
• Proven leadership and training abilities.
