Job summary

West Broad VW Kia in Richmond, VA seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the new-vehicle sales team, drive profitability, and implement customer-focused standards.

You will forecast sales and expenses, hire and train staff, manage the department budget, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop follow-up systems to increase market share and customer satisfaction. A valid Virginia sales license and driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years related sales experience or equivalent education.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business materials; write reports.
• Problem-solving and interpretation of instructions.
• State Sales License.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts sales goals and expenses monthly and annually.
• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors new-vehicle sales staff.
• Administers an annual budget for the new-vehicle sales department.
• Directs department staff and ensures proper coverage at all times.
• Maintains daily log of all sales activities.
• Develops and monitors prospecting and follow-up systems.
