What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and identify potential school and district partners, initiating outreach through calls, emails, and social media
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and set appointments for Account Managers
- Build relationships with educators and administrators to promote the value of Scholastic Reading Events
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track progress toward sales goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and refine sales techniques

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail, district/territory sales, event management, or customer service
- Proficiency with MS Office software and experience with sales automation or CRM systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and team members

- Proven leadership ability and qualities demonstrated in previous roles
