Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Territory Manager, Neurovascular to support clinicians and patients across Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. You will learn and demonstrate the surgical use of our Neurovascular products while building strong physician relationships and expanding existing accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in Medical Device sales, neurovascular experience preferred, and the ability to travel up to 40% to customer sites and hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of 3 years of healthcare or business-to-business sales experience is required.
• A minimum of 5+ years of Medical Device sales experience.
• Neurovascular experience preferred.
• Experience selling to surgeons in operating rooms or Radiology suites with physicians is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Expand the sales of Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular Division products and convert competitive products per policy and sales direction.
• Territory Manager will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of our products to physicians.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle customer product questions and objections in line with training.
• Maintain and expand current accounts, build new accounts, develop strong customer relationships, and meet quotas for a variety of products.
• Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical and persuasive manner leading the customer to action.
