Medtronic Neurovascular is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to cover San Jose, CA and surrounding areas. You will promote Neurovascular products, support clinical teams, and drive sales growth in collaboration with field sales and clinical staff.

The role requires OR and interventional suite experience, travel up to 50%, and a strong record of meeting sales targets. This field-based position offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 4+ years in sales or healthcare.
• Associate’s Degree with 2+ years experience in relevant field (sales/clinical).
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Responsabilités

• Promotes and sells Medtronic's Neurovascular products and services within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develops, strengthens long-term relationships with distributors, surgeons, nurses, and key opinion leaders.
• Provides clinical and technical support during cases and informs clinicians of patient treatment options.
• Executes Company sales strategy and manages the sales process for the defined area.
