Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Territory Manager, Neurovascular to support Minnesota, South Dakota, and North Dakota in promoting MedTech Neurovascular products.

You will train to demonstrate surgical use to physicians, manage relationships, and drive account growth while meeting quotas. Strong communication and extensive medical device sales experience are required, with travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years healthcare or B2B sales experience required.
• Minimum 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Neurovascular experience preferred.
• Experience selling to surgeons in operating rooms or radiology suites preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Expand Neurovascular division product sales in line with policy and sales direction.
• Train to understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of products to physicians.
• Handle customer product questions and objections per training.
• Maintain and expand current accounts, build new ones, and meet quotas.
• Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical manner to drive action.
