Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Territory Manager, Neurovascular to support clients in the Houston, TX territory. You will drive sales of Neurovascular products, train physicians on device usage, and build strong relationships with surgical teams in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of medical device sales experience, neurovascular exposure, and proven ability to travel regionally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree OR a minimum of 3 years of relevant healthcare or business to business sales experience is required
A minimum of 5+ years of Medical Device sales experience
Neurovascular experience preferred
Experience selling to surgeons in an operating room or Radiology suite environment where candidates are accustomed to working with physicians is strongly preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential

Responsibilities

Expand the sales of Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular Division products and to convert competitive products in a manner that is commensurate with company policy and sales direction.
Trained to understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of our products to physicians.
Demonstrate ability to handle customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology.
Maintain and expand current accounts, build new accounts, develop strong customer relationships, and meet quotas for a variety of products.
Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical and persuasive manner leading the customer to action.
