Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to partner with field sales and clinical teams in the San Jose, CA area. This field-based role covers the Neurovascular portfolio, drives case coverage, leads in-service activities, and supports territory expansion with travel 20–40%.

You will develop relationships with surgeons, nurses, distributors and key opinion leaders, pursue leads, provide product services, and train clinicians in Medtronic neurovascular products to improve patient

Qualifications

• 4+ years in medical devices or life sciences sales or related experience.
• Willingness to travel 20–40%, including overnight trips.
• Experience in Neurovascular sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Neurovascular products within assigned area.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors, surgeons, nurses, and key opinion leaders.
• Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximize benefits.
• Identify selling opportunities and collaborate with sales reps to grow accounts.
• Provide clinical and technical support during cases and advise on treatment options.
• Promote education of the company's products and services.
• Execute sales strategy and manage the sales process for the defined area.
• Interface with hospital personnel to promote and sell Medtronic products.
• Train medical personnel in the use of Medtronic products.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints; identify target accounts; analyze sales techniques.
