Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Territory Manager, Neurovascular to drive growth across Minnesota, South Dakota and North Dakota. You will work with surgeons and physicians to demonstrate surgical use and demonstrate value of our Neurovascular products.

The role requires 5+ years in medical device sales, strong communication skills, and ability to travel up to 40%. This position is based in the Minneapolis region with regional travel involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years healthcare or B2B sales experience required.
• 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Neurovascular experience preferred.
• Experience selling to surgeons in OR or Radiology suite environment preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales of Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular products in MN, SD, and ND.
• Train to understand and demonstrate proper surgical use to physicians.
• Answer customer product questions and objections per sales training.
• Maintain and expand current accounts, build new accounts, and meet quotas.
• Execute the selling cycle professionally to drive customer action.
