Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Clinical Account Specialist - Neurovascular to support the Richmond, VA territory. The role focuses on expert clinical product support, in-service trainings, and consultative selling to drive Neurovascular solutions with physicians, nurses, and lab staff.

The CAS will travel up to 50% regionally and nationally, staying current on product instructions for use and literature, while collaborating with local and internal teams to maximize patient outcomes and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two (2) years of clinical or technical work experience in a patient care or hospital environment.
• Must demonstrate endovascular procedural knowledge.
• Must complete all company training programs and pass certification.
• Willing to travel up to 50% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and Neurovascular Lab Staff.
• Educate customers on New Product Introductions and other Neurovascular products with trainings.
• Share best practices to increase value for customers.
• Use consultative selling to identify sales opportunities within accounts.
• Create awareness of Neurovascular solutions and connect with Sales Representatives to drive incremental business.
• Develop and share best practices with US Field Sales and Service teams.
• Develop and grow relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital staff.
• Stay current on product IFU, literature, and new product information.
• Prioritize requests in high-stress environments and maintain composure.
