Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Healthcare MedTech is seeking a Territory Manager, Neurovascular to support clients and patients in the Houston, TX territory. You will expand the Neurovascular product portfolio and build strong physician relationships, driving growth in a highly technical field.

The role requires 5+ years in medical device sales, exposure to neurovascular products, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment with surgeons. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years healthcare or B2B sales experience required.
• Minimum 5+ years Medical Device sales experience.
• Neurovascular experience preferred.
• Experience selling to surgeons in OR or Radiology environment preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales of Johnson & Johnson MedTech Neurovascular products in Houston territory.
• Train to demonstrate proper surgical use of products to physicians.
• Handle customer questions and objections per sales training.
• Maintain and expand accounts, develop new ones, and meet quotas.
• Execute the sales cycle in a concise, ethical, persuasive manner to drive action.
