Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative – Neurosurgical to support neurosurgical procedures, educate clinicians, and drive territory growth. You will work with surgeons, hospital teams, and clinical staff to deliver product expertise and consultative sales solutions in fast-paced environments.

This remote role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices, with travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices or related fields.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote neurosurgical products across the assigned territory to meet sales goals.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and clinical demonstrations in operating rooms.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on product applications and data.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals and clinical stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and territory growth initiatives.
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools.
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during procedures.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans.
