Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative – Neurosurgical (NS) to drive territory sales of neurosurgical products and provide hands-on support in operating rooms. You will engage surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff, promote product applications, and develop strong customer relationships to grow the business.

You will travel within the territory to support evaluations, procedures, and demonstrations, while collaborating with regional leadership to build territory plans and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years in quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices/healthcare
• Experience in a customer-facing or high-performance environment with sales interest
• Minimum 5 years of outside/B2B territory selling with delivery of targets
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell neurosurgical products across assigned territory to meet/exceed sales goals
• Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations in operating rooms
• Educate surgeons and healthcare professionals on product applications, data, and value
• Build relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons, and clinical staff
• Identify opportunities for territory growth and account expansion
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during procedures
• Collaborate with leadership to develop territory plans and prioritize accounts
