Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Team Sales Representative – Neurosurgical (NS) to drive product adoption and support clinicians across an assigned territory. You will partner with lead Territory Sales Representatives to deliver demonstrations, educate teams, and cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals in operating rooms and clinical settings.

The role blends field sales, clinical support, and customer relationship management, focusing on neurosurgical products and solutions within hospitals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
• Bachelor’s degree with experience in customer-facing, leadership, military, or high-performance environments and interest in sales.
• Minimum 5 years in outside/B2B/territory-based selling with a proven track record.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical settings.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds in a clinical environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Support territory sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and growth objectives.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in operating room and clinical environments.
• Present product features and clinical applications to surgeons, nurses, and healthcare staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
• Track territory activity and sales opportunities using approved tools and reporting processes.
• Provide technical product support and troubleshooting during evaluations and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with lead Territory Sales Representative to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals on neurosurgical products.
