Job summary

Stryker's Sustainability Solutions seeks a field-based Sales Representative for neurosurgical products in the United States. You will drive territory growth, support neurosurgical procedures, and educate clinicians on clinical data and value.

You will build strong relationships with surgeons and hospital teams, manage case coverage, and collaborate with regional leadership to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience in customer-facing leadership, military, professional athletics, or another high-performance environment with interest in a sales career.
• Minimum 5 years of professional outside sales, B2B sales, or territory-based selling with a track record of achieving performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by promoting and selling neurosurgical products across an assigned territory and meeting/exceeding goals.
• Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations in ORs and procedural settings.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on product applications, data, and economic value.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons, and clinical stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and territory growth initiatives.
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools and reporting processes.
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during neurosurgical procedures.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and execute business objectives.
