Job summary

Stryker in the United States is seeking a Sales Representative – Neurosurgical to drive territory growth by promoting neurosurgical products, supporting procedures, and delivering consultative solutions to surgeons, hospitals, and clinical teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or another high-performance environment with interest in a sales career.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in outside sales, business-to-business sales, or territory-based selling with a history of achieving performance goals.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by promoting and selling neurosurgical products across an assigned territory while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations in operating rooms and procedural settings.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on product applications, clinical data, and economic value.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons, and key clinical stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities, account expansion opportunities, and territory growth initiatives.
• Track sales activity, territory performance, and customer engagement using approved business tools and reporting processes.
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during neurosurgical procedures.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans, prioritize accounts, and execute business objectives.
