Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Sales Representative – Neurosurgical to drive and expand our neurosurgical product portfolio across a defined territory. You will work directly with surgeons, hospital teams, and clinical staff to provide product expertise, procedural support, and consultative solutions in fast-paced clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments; OR Bachelor’s degree and experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, or high-performance environment with interest in a sales career; OR Minimum 5 years of professional outside sales experience with a history of meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell neurosurgical products across an assigned territory to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations in ORs and procedural settings.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on product applications, clinical data, and economic value.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons, and clinical stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and territory growth initiatives.
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools and reporting processes.
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during procedures.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and execute objectives.
