Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based Sales Representative – Neurosurgical (NS) to support neurosurgical procedures and guide healthcare providers in evaluating advanced medical technologies. You will work directly with surgeons, hospital teams, and clinical staff to deliver procedural expertise, consultative sales solutions, and product knowledge across your territory.

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales in medical device/healthcare or similar field.
• Experience in customer-facing or high-performance environments with sales interest.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell neurosurgical products across assigned territory to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations in operating rooms.
• Educate surgeons and healthcare staff on product applications, data, and value.
• Build relationships with hospitals and clinical stakeholders for territory growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and account expansion in the territory.
• Track activity and territory performance using approved tools and reporting processes.
• Coordinate case coverage and provide on-site support during procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop territory plans and prioritize accounts.
