• Greets, screens, schedules and directs patients in a prompt, positive, pleasant manner.
• Retrieve and process incoming medical records/images; ensure scanning and physician review.
• Assist attending physician and/or APP with patient relations and scheduling.
• Provide coverage for practice team members during absences or staffing shortages.
• Schedule procedures and OR for patients as directed by the attending physician.
