Qualifications

• Experience in medical office administration and patient scheduling preferred.
• Ability to navigate EMR and billing systems and maintain accurate records.

Responsabilités

• Assist with management of a clinical practice for a surgeon in a busy academic department.
• Coordinate patient activity for outpatient visits and surgical procedures; triage calls and take messages.
• Schedule surgeries, outpatient tests, appointments, and admissions; obtain procedural authorizations.
• Prepare and process surgical billing and correspondence; ensure timely documentation.
• Provide coverage for practice team during absences and staffing shortages.
