Boston Children’s Hospital in Boston, MA seeks a Program Coordinator I/II in the Neurosurgery department to coordinate all program activities and support scheduling, calendars, and general admin tasks. Start level (I) with 1 year experience or Level II with 2+ years experience may be offered based on competencies.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, outpatient and surgical scheduling, and serving as a primary scheduling contact. Schedule: M-F. Hybrid after training.

Qualifications

• Level 1 requires 1 year of relevant experience and an associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Level 2 requires 2+ years of relevant experience and an associate’s degree or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates day-to-day program operations and supports overall program activities.
• Manage outpatient and surgical scheduling, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate provider and program calendars, including meetings and appointments.
• Provide general administrative support to the program team as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries.
