Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking a Patient Experience Representative for a hybrid role based in the Boston Longwood location. The role balances patient-facing duties with administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, care coordination, and program operations, across the Colorectal and Pelvic Malformation Center.

The Level 1 role requires 0–6 months of experience and a high school diploma or GED, with a salary range specified. A Level 2 Sr.

Qualifications

• Experience: Level 1 requires 0-6 months of experience and a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Level 2 requires one year of experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Level 1: Front desk coverage, in-person patient support, telephone work, care coordination, scheduling, and program operations.
• Level 1: Provides excellent customer service; greets, registers, directs patients, enrolls patients in portal; schedules appointments; collaborates with referring providers; collects patient information, authorizations, and insurance verification; collects co-pays and reconciles deposits; triages calls; maintains calendars; supports forms, refills, and external requests; uses EMR, scheduling, billing, and MS Office; participates in team huddles and process improvements.
