Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the practice and high-quality patient experiences.
• Oversee daily workflow, staff orientation, and performance reviews as needed.
• Cover front and back office functions and assist with medications per policy.
• Maintain relationships with staff, providers and other departments.
• Order, track and stock supplies and coordinate maintenance for equipment.
