Banner Alzheimer's Institute in Phoenix is seeking a Supervisor to help maintain a consistent leadership presence on the clinic floor, support staff with daily workload and patient flow, and coordinate coverage.

The role emphasizes coaching, problem resolution, and adherence to policies to ensure a positive patient and team experience, with a schedule of Monday–Friday 8–5 and no nights or holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's Degree; some assignments may require Medical Assistant, Nursing Assistant or LPN.
• Minimum two years experience in a physician's office or medical environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the day-to-day activities of non-physician staff and monitors productivity.
• Selects, trains, coaches, motivates, evaluates, and directs staff workflow and scheduling.
• Oversee reception, scheduling, patient service areas, medical records, and information systems.
• Act as liaison between non-physician staff and physicians to ensure effective service for patients.
• Maintain office policies and procedures in line with physician requirements and regulatory standards.
• Assess maintenance and equipment needs; coordinate repairs and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Cover front and back office functions; may administer medications as directed within competencies.
• Guide daily workflow to ensure quality patient experiences and efficient practice operations.
