This position is in our high-volume Neuroscience Institute where 19 providers with 8 specialties provide the most advanced care for conditions impacting the brain. Our expert neurologists are improving care and research for many conditions including stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis and brain injury. Our skilled neurosurgeons provide cutting edge therapies for complex conditions such as brain aneurysms, epilepsy, spinal disorders and many other conditions.
As a Practice Coordinator in this clinic, you will be part of our in-clinic support staff and assist with the smooth operations of the practice and ensures quality patient experiences. Seeking medical office experience, customer service, lead or coordination experience.
The schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM.

This position works to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the practice, including general office administration and daily operations. This position may also be responsible for assisting clinicians and nursing staff in providing medical care and utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment and skills necessary to provide appropriate patient care.
Requires a level of literacy and basic math skills as normally demonstrated at the level of a high school graduate.
Certain assignments may require current certification as a Medical Assistant, Nursing Assistant or current LPN license.
Requires a level of knowledge and ability normally demonstrated by at least two years experience in a physician's office or medical environment. Requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
Associate's degree preferred.
