Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare sales or related roles.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (overnight/weekend travel).
• Must live in or relocate to the geography.
• Experience with structured sales approaches and next-step closing.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.
• Clinical knowledge in Neuroscience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals using customer-specific approaches.
• Develop expertise in Neuroscience portfolio (Caplyta) and support engagement.
• Communicate approved clinical information with compliant materials.
• Develop and execute strategic pre-call and account plans.
• Identify key stakeholders and tailor messages to roles.
• Optimize selling time and stakeholder access across accounts.
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities and adjust plans.
• Apply payer access and reimbursement knowledge to support appropriate utilization.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
