The position may be leveled based on experience, with final title aligned to performance. Travel up to 50% is required, including overnight stays, and the candidate will engage across face-to-face, virtual, and digital channels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
• A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 United States.
• Minimum of three years of healthcare sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight/weekend travel.
• Must reside in or relocate to the geography.
• Experience with a structured sales approach and developing strategic plans.
• Experience building trust-based relationships and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals and stakeholders using customer-specific approaches aligned to priorities, needs, and patient outcomes.
• Develop expertise in the Neuroscience portfolio, including Caplyta, and apply clinical and business knowledge to support engagement.
• Communicate approved clinical and scientific information using authorized materials.
• Develop and execute strategic pre-call and account plans to drive business outcomes.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage key stakeholders to tailor messages and resources.
• Optimize selling time and stakeholder access across accounts and care settings.
• Analyze business and market data to identify opportunities and adjust execution strategies.
• Apply knowledge of payer access and reimbursement dynamics to support appropriate utilization.
