Job summary

Novartis is seeking a Territory Account Specialist for a field-based and remote role, supporting key accounts across an assigned geography in the United States. This is a remote opportunity with no relocation support, and visa sponsorship is not available.

You will be the primary contact, building strong relationships with healthcare providers and navigating access with cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; disciplines in life sciences or related fields preferred.
• Experience selling to large, geographically dispersed accounts in pharma/biotech or similar sectors.
• Proven track record of high performance and account navigation.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
• Build strategic territory plans aligning priorities to drive demand and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with field teams and home-office to provide access support.
• Leverage market insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
• Lead customer engagements virtually or in person using omni-channel strategies.
• Coordinate planning with stakeholders to meet customer needs and urgency.
• Deliver access support and work with PSS for seamless experiences.
