Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers using in-person, virtual, and digital tools, supplying on-label information and product insights.

The role reports to the Area Business Lead, collaborates with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support, and travels within Fort Wayne, IN geography to build relationships and inform local strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CNS knowledge preferred.
• Ability to translate clinical data into practical value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to HCPs on product access, on-label information, and patient care guidance.
• Engage customers through virtual or digital tools and coordinate with CSS as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups with regional leaders.
• Ensure customer requests are met and solicit feedback on engagement quality.
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call plans.
• Translate insights from customer-facing roles into local strategy and goals.
