Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. in the United States seeks a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers via in-person, virtual, and digital tools, delivering on-label information and building partnerships to support patient care.

The role reports to Area Business Lead, coordinates with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams, conducts proactive outreach, facilitates speaker programs, and uses insights to inform local strategy and business goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience; 3+ years B2B or equivalent outside sales experience; or 2+ years clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Proactive outreach to HCPs on product access, on-label information, and patient care guidance.
• Engage customers through virtual/digital tools and coordinate with CSS as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups for discussions with local/regional leaders.
• Ensure customer requests are met and solicit feedback on engagement quality.
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call point plans.
• Elevate insights to inform local strategy and business goals.
