Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers via in-person, virtual, and digital tools, delivering expert product insights and approved information across the Indiana market.

Reporting to the Area Business Lead, you will collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to enhance patient care, drive local strategy, and elevate insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience or 3+ years B2B sales in regulated environments or 2+ years clinical healthcare with patient-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage HCPs on product access, on-label information, and patient care guidance.
• Use virtual and digital tools and coordinate with ecosystem colleagues to support engagements.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups with regional leaders.
• Ensure customer requests are met and gather feedback on engagement quality.
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call point plans.
• Report insights to Area Business Lead to inform local strategy and goals.
