Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers using in-person, virtual, and digital tools, sharing on-label information and product insights to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years pharma/medical device sales or 3+ years B2B sales or 2+ years clinical healthcare experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct proactive outreach to HCPs on topics such as product access and on-label information.
• Engage customers through virtual or digital tools and coordinate with CSS when needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups for discussions with regional leaders.
• Ensure customer requests are met and collect feedback on engagement quality.
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call plans.
• Translate insights into local strategy and business goals.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead.
